Return and Refund Policy

All technology sales and purchases, as well as digital downloads are FINAL.   There are NO refunds (certain exceptions apply - see below)

• Item purchased was not product as sold/described (please show proof that invoice/packing list differs from actual product)
• Item was clearly damaged as a result of shipping (must send photos showing damage)
• Item was "dead on arrival" (please call with steps taken to troubleshoot the issue)
• If purchase was made and item is showing as out of stock or on backorder, customer will be issued an immediate refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase.   An email / phone call will be made to the customer with information pertaining to item availability.

All other situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.   Please reach out to us to discuss your request for return and/or refund.  Averaworks is not responsible for the mishandling or damage caused as a result of end-user neglect.   Simply "not liking" an item is not subject for refund/return.   Customer assumes the responsibility to know what they are buying and we encourage you to call first to inquire about an item before making a purchase.
